About Us
Urban Grub has a few different personalities.
In Calgary, circa 2016, we launched Grub as a little subsidiary of Indulge Catering; the most prolific Catering Company in the city for many years.
The pandemic ‘inspired us’ (UGHHHH!) to move back to Ontario after many years of living in the west. Grub has now happily settled in Stratford.
Between the two of us, we have over 75 years in hospitality. We have learned that most people just want great quality food made with fresh wholesome ingredients at a reasonable price.
But……..

we’ve seen and done it all!
We are Sharon & Eric Day…and We…are UrbanGrub.
We prepare all of our food in small batches with no preservatives, no stabilizers and absolutely no junk.
We make delicious food, We prepare it with beautiful locally sourced ingredients and with a whole lot of TLC.
Our menu changes regularly, and includes numerous options of shelf stable, fresh and frozen meals, soups, sauces and snacks.
With our personalized delivery and meal planning, people are eating deliciously well each and every week.

Here’s how it works…
We post the freshly prepared specials every Wednesday
They include fully prepared meals, a la carte entrées and side dishes.
We will also offer a wide selection of frozen and shelf stable soups and meals. All of our products are prepared in small batches so please get your orders in early to not be disappointed. Check the website regularly to see what’s new and delicious.

Your job is to choose your favourites, place your order, then heat & eat!
We will deliver your items directly to your door.
Cooler bags will be provided on your first order.
If you will not be home at the predetermined delivery time, please leave bags outside for exchange each week.
